By purchasing one of our products, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to download and access this digital product (e.g., a digital guide) for the purpose of your own personal use and reference.

You agree that under no circumstances may you use the product for any purpose other than the aforementioned purpose or allow its use by others. To eliminate any doubt, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or unmodified, to third parties. You agree not to use any of our products in a manner that could harm us or damage our reputation.

The products, whether modified or unmodified, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein are and will remain our sole and exclusive property at all times. You agree that under no circumstances, regardless of whether the product has been modified or not, do you have any claim to the intellectual property or copyright in the product or attempt to assert such claim.

Once a product has been purchased by you, due to the electronic nature of our products, there is no right to cancellation or refund under the distance selling regulations for digital (download) products. Any refund is solely at our discretion. You agree that under no circumstances will you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider. You agree that all payments made by you for any of our products are final and cannot be reversed. If you have purchased a digital product in our shop but have not yet downloaded it, a refund may be possible.
